Bio: D. Wesley Jordan

D. Wesley Jordan, a native Atlantan and graduate of Marietta High School, has lived in the Roswell/Alpharetta area for the past 20 years. He graduated from The University of Georgia (B.A. - Finance) and John Marshall Law School (J.D - Magna Cum Laude). Wes has traversed one of the most unique career paths of anyone in his field by focusing nearly exclusively on real-estate transactions since youth. His vast knowledge of the real-estate industry comes from having grown up in a family real-estate title business, where he worked closely with his father, brother and sister to successfully complete over 100,000 title reports – he has seen it all. Visiting nearly every county Superior Court in the State of Georgia, he obtained a ‘nuts and bolts’ framework unlike any other real-estate closing attorney in the state. His hands-on knowledge of detailed real-estate issues coupled with his well-established business and legal relationship have maintained his status as one of the best real-estate closing attorneys in Georgia.

Wes’ experience with real-estate business matters is extensive, having closed thousands of loans with many of the nation’s largest and most recognized lenders. His staff and organization work closely with Senior management, Branch managers, Loan officers and, most importantly, the Parties at closing to ensure everyone in the process is satisfied when leaving his office. His robust human, technological and knowledge resource base allow his organization to expedite and efficiently move the closing process, while maintaining excellence in service.

Wes was born in 1964 at Emory University Hospital and has lived in Georgia his entire life. He is an agent and approved attorney for Old Republic Title Insurance Company, Fidelity Title Insurance Company, Security Union Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Insurance Company. Wes is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association and an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
