BIOGRAPHY
D. Wesley Jordan, a native Atlantan and graduate of Marietta High School, has lived in the Alpharetta area for the past 35 years. After graduating from The University of Georgia (B.A. - Finance) and John Marshall Law School (J.D - Magna Cum Laude), Wes has traversed one of the most unique career paths of anyone in his field by focusing exclusively on real estate transactions since youth. His vast knowledge of the real estate industry comes from having grown up in a family real estate title business, where he worked closely with his father to successfully complete over 50,000 title reports. He has seen and cured all types of title defects in order to make them insurable for closing. Having visited nearly every one of the 159 county deed rooms in the State of Georgia, he obtained a ‘nuts and bolts’ framework unlike any other real estate closing attorney in the state. His hands-on knowledge of detailed real estate issues coupled with his well-established business and legal relationships have maintained his status as one of the best real estate closing attorneys in the State of Georgia.
